• Pool Opening

  Description

  Assemble and start system for the pool and spa (optional)
  Start up heater (optional)
  Renstallation of ladders and hand rails.
  Vacuum the pool- up to 30 minutes to take out leaves and dirt if conditions allow.
  Additional vacuuming provided at $85.00 per hour if approved by owner.
  Blow deck area.
  Clean and fold cover.(Pool must be full when we arrive or we will need to charge for a follow up visit)
  Pool opening process may require multiple chemical treatments, cleaning and vacuuming. This all depends on the condition we find the pool at time of opening.
  Please check skimmers and any cleaner bag daily until pool clears. Keep filters on 24 hours a day until pool is clear and swim ready.

  

  Prices

  Pool Opening includes basic time and material to start filter system and pool operation for summer season.
  
  Pool opening with mesh cover -$345
  Pool opening with water bag cover -$375
  Pool opening with no cover - $295
  
  Shock, PH up and down, and alkalinity adjustment chemicals are included. Other possible chemicals are not included in the basic fee (main sanitizer, specialty chemicals, salt for salt pools.)

• Main Pool Drain and clean

  Description

  Full drain and clean of plastered and painted pools to remove stubborn stains, or flush stagnant algae bloom from improperly winterized pool.
  
  Prices start at $750.00 and will depend on size. (Fill water not included)

  

• Leak Detection

  Leak Detection

  Description

  Our pool technicians use state of the art equipment to find and pin point your leaks. We carefully check the whole pool using a Hydrophone to identify possible leak locations. A dye tester is used to confirm and pinpoint the leak.
  
  Pressure Testing: We use a combination of air and water to pressurize your lines. We then utilize a sonic listening device to check for leaks. This device usually will put us to within 18 to 24 inches of the leak.

  

  Price

  Leak detection includes 2 men at $150.00 per hour and includes all detection equipment.
  
  We can not be sure how long a leak detection for a standard home pool will take but we recommend owner budget $450.00. Owner may request an update after 3 or 4 hours if they are not on site.
  
  Once the leaks have been identified our trained staff will provide an estimated cost to repair the leaks. You can rest assured that the leaks have been properly and expertly fixed. Minor leaks that can be repaired within approved visit will be repaired. (Minimum Leak service charge is 2 hours)

  

• Heater Services

  Description

  Millennium pool services all brands of pool heaters and is a certified warranty center for Hayward heaters. We charge hourly for heater repair $95 per hour for heater diagnostic and repair plus parts.
  
  For Heater replacement we give a written estimate for the cost and complete the work after written approval and paid deposit 30% of the cost on the estimate.

  Description

  For complete pool resurfacing we always provide estimate and complete work after written approval and paid deposit 30% of the cost on the estimate.
  
  Plaster Patching- we charge $95 per hour plus materials, if 2 men are required we will charge $45 per hour for the assistant.

• Tile and Coping

  Tile and Coping – Reset / Replacement

  Description

  Our crews can replace your tile and coping with any of the hundreds of available tile and coping patterns. We will provide an estimate upon request.

  

• Deck Replacement and Caulking

  Description

  We can replace or repair your existing deck as well. We offer standard decks, pavers, stamped concrete, and flagstone as well as almost any other natural stone decking you should choose.

  Millennium charges $95 per hour of service by a pool mechanic.
  
  Charges are prorated each quarter hour thereafter at $95 per hour. Rates for laborers, helpers and or additional mechanic, if necessary are calculated at $45 per hour per man.
  
  In most circumstances, we will attempt to get prior approval for repairs unless the found defect would result in possible damage to the pool and equipment.
  
  Services include items such as – Pump repair, Filter repair, Controller repair, Polaris /cleaner repair and other repairs.
